Today's Reading: Revelation 22:1-21
If you've been with us since the first of the year, congratulations on completing the redemptive-historical reading plan! I pray that you have been blessed by seeing that from beginning to end the Bible is the story of God loving and redeeming His people through faith in His Son, Jesus.
In the first part of the chapter, John finishes his description of the New Jerusalem. The book ends with Jesus' confirmation that the vision that John has seen is true and warns against adding to or subtracting from the words of the prophecy.
My prayer for you is that based on what you've learned in our reading plan this year, you can join in the prayer that closes the Bible - Come, Lord Jesus!
Tomorrow we'll begin a new reading plan that will take us through the end of November. We'll be reading through some of the Psalms focusing on the attributes of God that are revealed there. Hope you'll join us!
