Today's Reading: Romans 11:1-36
Paul reminds us that God is not finished with Israel yet even though they have consistently rebelled against Him. In fact, God even used their disobedience to make salvation available to the Gentiles, thus fulfilling the promise He mad to Abraham in Genesis 12 to bless all the world through his offspring.
One of the big takeaways for me from this chapter is that God is not finished with me yet, no matter how badly I may have failed Him in the past. There is no sin in my life that disqualifies me from serving Him as long as I confess that sin and repent. Is there anything in your pas that is holding you back from loving and serving God fully? If so, confess that to God, let go and move forward.
