Today’s Reading: Luke 1:48; Deuteronomy 7:6-11; Psalm 138:1-6; 1 Corinthians 1:26-29

The humility of Mary is so refreshing here. She recognized that she was merely a simple servant and didn’t deserve the blessing that was bestowed upon her. She recognized that it was God’s grace, not her own doing. Yet, through this young woman, all mankind will be blessed. Maybe you’re like Mary, just a simple and ordinary person. Yet, God may have big plans for you. Take a few minutes to pray and ask God how He can use you.
