Elizabeth’s song, and today’s reading tells the story of an unexpected blessing. It’s a great reminder, particularly this time of year, of community and reliance on one another – along with the Father of course. Remember, this song is Elizabeth’s song in response to what the Lord had done for Mary. She was comforting Mary during a time that must have been quite difficult for her.
